Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the PropSync platform, including trial and paid workspaces, CRM features, and optional Meta / WhatsApp integrations configured per tenant.

1. The service

Real Homez provides a private CRM for our sales team and authorised partners to manage property enquiries, follow-ups, site visits and WhatsApp communication. Access is by invitation. It is not a public social network.

2. Accounts

You must keep your login details confidential.
You may only use the CRM for authorised Real Homez business.
We may suspend access if we detect misuse, security risk or policy violations (including Meta and WhatsApp policies).

3. Facebook Login and WhatsApp

Connecting WhatsApp via Facebook Login is optional for users who have permission to manage integrations.
You must use an official WhatsApp Business Account that you are allowed to operate.
Messages must follow Meta WhatsApp Business and template rules (no spam, no unapproved first-contact text outside the 24-hour window).
Meta may rate-limit or block sending; we are not responsible for Meta platform outages or policy enforcement.

4. Leads and customer data

Lead data imported from Meta Lead Ads, portals or files is used only to contact interested buyers about Real Homez projects, unless a different lawful purpose applies. You must not export or use this data for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis.

5. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass security, scrape the CRM, share credentials, send unlawful content, or use the WhatsApp connection to message people who have not shown interest or opted in as required by applicable law and Meta policy.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the CRM available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on Facebook, WhatsApp, Housing.com or 99acres may fail if those services change or reject a request.

7. Liability

The CRM is provided for internal business use. To the extent permitted by law, Real Homez is not liable for indirect loss, lost sales, or message non-delivery caused by third-party platforms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
